I'm up late tonight, packing. I leave in the morning, riding with another Interpreter to go to an Interpreter conference for 3 days. Have I ever told you how horrible I am at packing? BUT ON THE POSITIVE....I know that I'll have all I need, and possibly more, for the trip. (Staying on the up.)
My youngest son is having a hard time with it. He's usually not so clingy, but tonight he is like glue. BUT ON THE POSITIVE....It's wonderful that he loves me and enjoys my company. (Keeping on the up.)
Also, this conference (ARID Biennial Conference 2007) is a little intimidating. We're talking with big-wig Interpreters. I wish I physically felt better, too. BUT ON THE POSITIVE....I am feeling better than I was 2-3 weeks ago. (How's that for staying on the up?)
There's so much going on right now. I'm not at liberty to tell it all on here, and I don't want to get into a bunch of negative/whine. I do have one request of you....please pray....just call it a "special unspoken request". Those of you who grew up in little country churches know exactly what I mean. BUT ON THE POSITIVE....I'm sure you'll all pray, and "everything is going to be alright." [to understand that last bit, you have to watch American Inventor]
I'll update ya'll (if I can, depending on the time of day/night) when I get back.

I am lifting up a prayer for your unspoken request as well as for your stamina during the conference! I'll be interested in finding out what all you did at the conference!
