  • We are in revival at church this week........It's amazing! 

    You know, if our Pastor hadn't been preaching and teaching the way he has been these last few months, we would not be ready for this revival at all.  I'm amazed at how God keeps affirming his Word over and over again. 

    Frankly, I always feel bad for a Pastor when an Evangelist comes to preach a revival.  He can say the exact same words the Pastor has been saying for weeks, but suddenly the response is different.

  • Praying for blessings abound in your revivial.   I didn't realize you and Kim went to the same Church.  I'm going to try to get hubby to drive me up there Saturday (say a little prayer about that).

  • Yes... revival is amazing.  I bought one of those Fine Art's fundraiser "midnight snacks" and rather enjoyed the weigh out of it.  I got the cranberry/chicken/apple thingie on croissant.  I skipped the cookie.  My oldest son got the turkey, but didn't want the potato salad, so I switched him out... chips for the potato salad.  Somewhere in that church is an amazing cook.  :yes:

  • I think pastors don't feel bad about the response to the message they've been hammering away at for weeks.  They are probably relieved that people are finally getting it.
