Still Processing...
The weekend was amazing because God showed-up and showed-out!
I'll have to update with more details later. I haven't had a chance to slow-down yet.
Here's the gist of it:
- I left Thursday morning, arrived in Bastrop, late afternoon.
- Dana and I did some shopping for the retreat/restoration.
- We went to dinner that night at a fabulous Chinese restaurant.
- Friday, went to the church, she cooked, I finished off my notes in the office.
- Had dinner with about 30-40 women in the Fellowship Hall.
- Then moved into the Sanctuary for service.
- Praise and Worship was amazing!!!
- I thought I was completely BOMBING the sermon and my testimony.
- Alter time came, and it was FULL!!!
- Women being saved, healed, delivered, set-free, restored, renewed, etc....
- It was incredible!!!!
- Alter time that night ended at 12:30AM!! (No, not from long-winded sermon either, LOL)
- Didn't sleep much.
- Saturday, had a Bagel breakfast with the ladies in the Fellowship Hall.
- We decided to stay in there for the SHORT devotion I was giving.
- After devotion, had "alter" service time, absolutely incredible!
- They finished off the weekend with pamper sessions, but I didn't stay.
- I left, drove straight home, picked up family, went straight to church here for Crabb Family.
- Left church LATE, due to awesome service.
- Sunday, went to Sunday School, Church, Fine Arts meeting
- Finally ate lunch around 2:30PM.
- Went back to the church at 5:00PM to help before vision/business meeting.
- Went to dinner with some very sweet people from the church.
- Got home late and couldn't sleep.
- Got up early, went to work.
- Had meeting right after work, went to the store, etc.
- Did some phone calls and studying.
- Now updating this Xanga.
- Soon going to bed.
Like I said, I'll update with better details later, but let's just say, I am EXTREMELY humbled that God would use ME! He did it all, I was just a "cracked-pot" willing to be used. It's like Gideon said in Judges 6:15 - "...and I am the least in my father's house!"

Isn't God amazing lately? He's everywhere!!! I'm sensing urgency among people to HEAR AND obey God lately like I haven't seen in a long time. I'm so glad you had a good time out of town.... but... welcome back!!! :heartbeat:
scratch the word lately.... he's amazing ALL THE TIME....... maybe it's us humanoids that are getting it correct LATELY....
